1. Standard Cancellation Policy
At Furmelo Casino Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while maintaining the high standard of service our guests expect.
1.1 Standard Room Reservations
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellations made 48-72 hours before check-in: 75% refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund
2. Special Rate Reservations
2.1 Advance Purchase Rates
- Non-refundable at time of booking
- No modifications or cancellations permitted
- Full payment required at time of booking
2.2 Package Deals
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in: No refund
3. Group Bookings
3.1 Standard Group Reservations (10+ rooms)
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in: Full refund less administrative fee
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before check-in: 75% refund
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before check-in: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: No refund
3.2 Conference and Event Bookings

4. High Season and Special Events
During peak periods and special events, modified cancellation policies may apply:
- Major holidays: 14-day cancellation policy
- Special events: 30-day cancellation policy
- Peak season: 7-day cancellation policy
5. No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification:
- Your entire stay will be charge
- Remaining nights will be cancelled
- No refund will be issued
6. Early Departure
If you check out prior to your scheduled departure date:
- One night's room rate plus tax will be charged
- Remaining nights may be subject to the standard cancellation policy
- Package rates and special promotions may have different early departure penalties
7. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (force majeure):
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Civil unrest
- Public health emergencies
Modified cancellation policies may apply, and we will work with guests to accommodate changes or provide refunds as appropriate.

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used for the reservation.

- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
